The Mediterranean Masks Museum of Mamoiada explores the ancient traditions of the Barbagia Carnival (Mamoiada – Ottana – Orotelli) including the Italian regions of Friuli, Alto Adige, Basilicata, Calabria, and the Mediterranean basin (Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Spain, Ukraine, Belgium, Bulgaria, Portugal). The exhibition is rich in dioramas, multimedia experiences, video projections, costumes, masks, and documents a cultural heritage that is still alive today.

Scegli la data e l'ora, seleziona la tariffa adatta a te e procedi con il pagamento. Il giorno della visita recati in Biglietteria e mostra il voucher. Non dovrai stamparlo, basta mostrarlo dal tuo smartphone. Il biglietto di ingresso ridotto è riservato ai gruppi composti da un minimo di 15 persone, a ragazzi/e di età inferiore a 18 anni, a visitatori di età superiore ai 70 anni e agli accompagnatori delle persone disabili. L'ingresso è gratuito per portatori di handicap, minori di 5 anni, soci ICOM, guide turistiche abilitate, residenti a Mamoiada, studenti e professori di materne etno-antropologico. Necessario esibire un documento per la verifica del diritto alla riduzione. Per i servizi museali aggiuntivi (laboratori didattici, mostre e eventi) non sono previste riduzioni e gratuità .
